It is the earliest international team in the industry dedicated to high-performance drive technologies with reduced or no reliance on rare earth elements. All members are seasoned technical experts and industry executives, with vast experience gained from renowned enterprises and institutions such as Nokia Bell Labs, ZF, Tesla, Rivian, Texas Instruments, Huawei, Dongfeng, Sinotruk, Dongfang Electric, and others.
